Reader Agreement

1. Joining Mystic Rooms

This draft describes the standards proposed for readers who apply to offer live readings through Mystic Rooms. An application does not guarantee approval, and submitting an application does not create a paid reader relationship.

Selected applicants may be asked to verify their identity, provide accurate profile information, and complete a short private reading with one or two Council members before a final decision.

2. Professional and ethical readings

Readers should describe their experience, specialties and availability honestly; treat clients with respect; maintain professional boundaries; and provide readings in good faith without guaranteeing a particular outcome.

Readers must not exploit fear or vulnerability, pressure clients to purchase additional services, or present a reading as a substitute for medical, legal, financial or emergency help. A reader should direct a client to qualified support when those needs arise.

3. Client privacy and safety

Information learned during a reading should be treated as confidential and used only to provide the requested service. Readers should not share client details, recordings or messages publicly, contact a client outside approved platform channels without consent, or request unnecessary sensitive information.

Readers should follow Mystic Rooms safety and community rules, report concerning behavior through the platform, and cooperate with reasonable investigations of complaints.

4. Profile, availability and sessions

Readers are responsible for keeping their public profile and availability accurate, joining accepted sessions on time, and notifying clients through platform tools when a booking cannot be fulfilled. The final agreement will explain cancellation, rescheduling and service quality requirements.

Mystic Rooms may review submitted profile content and may decline content that does not meet its published standards. Readers retain responsibility for material they provide and must have permission to use their photos, videos and other content.

5. Earnings and commercial terms

Revenue share, client pricing, fees, payout method, payout timing, refunds and any applicable deductions are not specified in the current design materials. These terms must be supplied in a written commercial schedule for the reader to review before accepting a final agreement or providing paid sessions.

No percentage, payment date or guaranteed level of work is promised by this draft. A reader should not treat an application or this page as acceptance of commercial terms.

6. Platform access and changes

Readers should keep account credentials secure and use the platform only through their own account. Mystic Rooms may review eligibility and access when safety, fraud, identity or professional standards are at issue. The final agreement will define notice, appeals, suspension and ending the relationship.

7. Final agreement

This is a proposed text for review, not the final Reader Agreement. It does not replace the platform Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Any binding version must include the complete commercial schedule, applicable legal entity, governing terms and an effective date, and be presented to the reader for separate acceptance.
